Casey understands that we are all unique.  There is no one-size-fits-all solution to weight loss. She uses an eclectic approach gathered over years of study and practice, from many sources.  Although food is so easily available in so many shapes and forms, her basic philosophy is that it is NOT about the food.  What we choose to put in our mouths so often has nothing to do with hunger.  We may be trying to satisfy other needs, needs we are not consciously be aware of.  By uncovering and releasing these hidden drivers, our desire for food normalizes and food becomes just food.
